Dividers
Vertical dividers are the key to organization and efficiency. Especially useful for power tools, dividers keep your tools separate, untangled, and easily accessed. They are infinitely adjustable along their T-slot mounting rails so they can be sized to fit whatever tool, plastic bin or storage need you have.
Dividers are completely impractical in conventional tool boxes due to their limited vertical access. With Full Access® truck tool boxes, you can take advantage of 100% vertical access, keeping power tools and other equipment in their own individual compartments.
Dividers are made from .100” 5052 aluminum, are pre-punched for 7 different height adjustments for our shelves and come with stainless steel fasteners. Dividers also double as shelf ends, allowing for variability in the side-to-side placement of shelf units.
Lower Shelves
The lower shelf works in any of the three lower holes in a divider. It is made from .100" 5052 aluminum alloy and is supplied with 2 shelf brackets and 8 stainless steel carriage bolts, nuts and lock washers. These shelves are 12" wide and come in various lengths for a perfect fit in the various lengths toolboxes available.
The most common placement for the lower shelf is the third hole from the bottom in the dividers. This allows just the right amount of space below the shelf to slide our #4 and #5 bins in and out easily. For your layout information, when two maximum length shelves are used (one in the right hand compartment and the other in the left hand compartment of a box) the space left in the middle between the dividers fits a #6 polypropylene bin perfectly.
Upper Shelf
The Upper Shelf mounts in any of the 7 sets of divider holes. It is made from .100" 5052 aluminum alloy and is supplied with 2 shelf brackets and 8 stainless steel carriage bolts, nuts and lock washers. These shelves are 10-5/8" wide and come in various lengths for a perfect fit in the various lengths tool boxes available.
Shelf Bracket
Shelf brackets are available individually and are useful when a complete shelf is not necessarily needed. They may be used to support a single polypropylene bin above a particular compartment or tool, or may be used to support a box containing a tool or parts. Shelf Brackets are constructed from .100" 5052 aluminum alloy and are supplied with 2 stainless steel carriage bolts, nuts and lock washers.
Polypropylene Bins
Polypropylene bins are the standard for organization of small parts and hardware in all industries. Unlike restricted conventional boxes, the open construction of Full Access® toolboxes allows us to take full advantage of these versatile storage containers. They are available in sizes 1 through 6 and all are easily removed from the toolbox, so you can take them where you need them. Except for our largest bin (size 6) they are available with optional clear acrylic hinged lids. The uppermost tier of boxes (for sizes 1 and 2) is hung firmly in the upper extension of the Tool Bit and Pencil Tray. The thickness of this receiver area has been sized to create a press fit for attachment of bins and they will not come off while driving on even the roughest road.
